Internet connections are available in all student accommodations. The internet supplier is Telenor and the cost will be added on your accommodation invoice. The internet connection is not wireless (meaning a router with Wi-Fi is not included) so you need to bring or buy your own cable and router if you want wireless connection.
How to activate your internet connection
First you need to send an e-mail to email@example.com with the following information:
– First name and last name/family name
– Personal identity number
– Full address of your student accommodation
– Room number (you’ll find the Swedish tax agency no. on your contract)
Telenor will send you a temporary activation code that’ll work for about two weeks, then they’ll send another code to your postbox. When you’ve received the code from Telenor you open a web browser on your computer and follow the instructions.

When leaving the student accommodation
Period of notice for the internet connection is one (1) month. Contact Telenor the same way you did while activating your internet access but with the intention of terminate the subscription. If you have rented a router via Telenor, you must also send it back to Telenor.
